2012 AfricanLiberty.org essay competition


 

In collaboration with AfricanLiberty.org and Campus Life – The Nation Newspaper, Network for a Free Society helped develop and is supporting the 2012 AfricanLiberty.org essay competition.

There are cash prizes and, for the top three, attendance at the Students and Young Professional African Liberty Academy (https://www.africanliberty.org/content/sypala-2012-registration) at the Catholic University in Quelimane. Mozambiquefrom August 8- 11, 2012

 

The essay questions are designed to encourage entrants to study related texts and every one who wants it receives over 100 of them on the CD “Ideas for a Free Society”

African Liberty Essay Competition, $3000, books and scholarships to be won

In not more than 1500, words write on any of the three:

(1). The Predatory State: Its Origins and Implications for Economic Growth.

(2).Statism (State Interventionism) or Free Markets: An essential ingredient in Africa’s Economic growth?

(3). Protectionism or Trade: Alternatives for Africa’s economic growth.

Your essay should be in MS Word format with your names and other details, sent on or before July 20, 2012 to [email protected]and copy [email protected]. Announcement of Winners: Aug 2, 2012. All entries will get a free CD “Ideas for a Free Society” containing 100 textbooks on various field of studies.
