Network for a Free Society’s first involvement with Iraq came in 2012 when Rabet Co. was established in the City of Erbil, with an aim to create and expand scientific, research, cultural, artistic, educational, tourism and business relationships between northern Iraq and its neighbouring countries as well as the rest of the world. https://www.rabet.org/. There will be an International Partners section on the website where Atlas Network and Network for a Free Society will post texts that explore issues relating to free societies in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
Our partners at Rabet arranged the translation of a short text on the CD, “Letter to a Grandson” which was then published in the popular Kurdish paper “Hawler” (https://www.hawler.in/) which means Erbil, on December 1st. It explains the purpose of profits and how there can be a profit that is not in some way taken from somebody else.
