The Greater Mekong Research Center (GMRC) in Cambodia will produce a fully translated Khmer edition of Foundations of a Free Society, written by Eamonn Butler and published by the Institute of Economic Affairs. It will be available for preview and download on our website and that of the IEA for free download.
Upon conclusion of the translation process, funding will be sought to make it available in hard copy in the Khmer language for students and other colleagues in Cambodia.
NFS also sent a package of CDs to the GMRC and organised for the IEA to send them a library of books, photographed above, for their students.
