In Mongolia, where most people only know about crony capitalism, the community can become very pessimistic when it comes to free-market solutions to succeeding in the business world — especially for entrepreneurs. The Silk Road Foundation (SRF), based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is working to educate Mongolian people about free-market economies, liberalization, and limited government in hopes of giving the public a better understanding of the benefits of a free society.
At their request NFS has sent them copies of the mini library on CD Ideas for a Free Society because no texts that explore and explain the power of freedom to lift people from poverty are available in Mongolia in any language and a significant number of Mongolians do speak English.
Resource available for those at the events in Mongolia
They recently went on a caravan of towns in Mongolia to discuss these issues and give books and the CD for further study.
Outputs and outcomes:-
- 400 Mongolians will get a copy of the CD Ideas for a Free Society and benefit from access to the over 100 texts on it in a country where there is otherwise no access to them.
